No-Gi Fundamentals

Fast-paced, submission grappling class practiced without the traditional gi. Emphasizing control, leverage, and technique, this class blends elements of wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for effective self-defense and competition. Ideal for those seeking a dynamic workout, No-Gi training builds strength, agility, and mental toughness.

Youth gi & no-gi

Fun, engaging martial arts class designed to teach kids discipline, confidence, and self-defense through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In a supportive and structured environment, young students learn techniques like takedowns, escapes, and submissions while improving their coordination, focus, and respect for others. Great for building both physical fitness and life skills!

the owner

Antonio Velazquez is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Bryant Pangelinan, with over 13 years of experience in the art and 10 of those years include teaching everyone as young as 3 to as old as 65+. He has trained extensively at Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu San Jose under Matt Darcy and Dave Camarillo for 9 1/2 years until he moved to the east bay and joined Sabre Jiu-Jitsu under Bryant Pangelinan. Antonio is dedicated to sharing his knowledge, emphasizing technique, strategy, and discipline. He also has extensive competition experience from white to black belt paired with a couple years of competing in judo. His teaching style blends competition-tested techniques with a passion for helping students of all levels grow in their Jiu-Jitsu journey.
